Audi First Rescue provides help anywhere in the country, day or night. If your Audi is immobilised for any reason, such as lost keys, running out of fuel, accident damage or a puncture, Audi First Rescue will quickly provide help.

If your vehicle breaks down or suffers a fault, we are just one phone call away (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) to assess the problem and help you get back on the road quickly with the least inconvenience.

Audi First Rescue

  • No matter where you may break down, our network of Approved Audi Service Centres can assist you.
  • You are also entitled to Audi Approved :plus Warranty Roadside benefits (including flat battery, flat tyres, key replacement/vehicle lockout, and out of fuel assistance), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Allowances for accommodation or car/transport costs, if you as the owner/driver, breakdown more than 100 kilometres from your home and your vehicle cannot be used for at least 24 hours due to repair work required.

Audi Connect - incident assistance

If your vehicle has the Audi connect emergency call & service package, it will contact emergency services automatically and dispatch your GPS location in the event of a collision or accident. Or, in case of a breakdown or mechanical fault, the Online Roadside Assistance Centre is only a click away. Your Audi will even notify your dealer directly when it’s time to come in for a service.

Audi Plug & Play – breakdown and assistance

If you drive an earlier Audi without an embedded Sim, you can still access Audi Connect features via the separate plug and play device, now available to purchase.

The breakdown and assistance function offers fast response wherever you are, should you need help. The app’s “breakdown and assistance” function connects you with national 24-hour roadside assistance or the Audi service hotline*. You can transmit your location and vehicle information and call for essential tips for what to do in an emergency.
