Audi S5 Sportback 2020 – Performance Sedan - Audi New Zealand

Powerful and attractive.
The Audi S5 Sportback.

The Audi S5 Sportback offers space for the family – and the power of a sports car. A larger interior and powerful TFSI engine lend the 5-door sedan model something very special. And the Audi S5 Sportback is also a joy to behold with new design language and S-specific exterior elements.

The big picture? Down to the smallest detail

The new design language of the Audi S5 Sportback conveys sportiness and appeal from every angle. The standard S-specific elements add a special touch to the exterior: the S bumper, the honeycomb design radiator grille in matte titanium black, inserts in matte aluminium silver, wide air inlets in the frame and the blade in matte aluminium silver at the front.

At the side, the 19-inch wheels and S sport suspension, the exterior mirrors in matte aluminium silver, and door sill trims illuminated with the S emblem at the front stand out. The wide rear is emphasized by the S diffuser with wraparound trim in matte aluminium silver, the S-specific twin tailpipes in chrome and the S rear spoiler.

Its aspiration? To meet every aspiration

The interior of the Audi S5 Sportback stands out with its sportiness thanks to the S-specific elements. Starting with the standard S sport seats, inlays in matte brushed aluminium, and the leather steering wheel in a 3-spoke design with multifunction plus, S emblem, and contrasting stitching.

The modern design language includes pronounced horizontally styled elements, high-quality materials, and the state-of-the-art infotainment stage, which together create an especially spacious feel.

Intuition? And everything in focus

Functions such as the MMI navigation plus in the Audi S5 Sportback can be operated intuitively on the 10.1-inch MMI touch display with haptic feedback or using natural speech commands. The Audi virtual cockpit plus is also standard for the Audi S5 Sportback, which shows the key vehicle data clearly on a 12.3-inch full HD display in your field of view. The S-specific design places the vehicle’s rev counter in the foreground and dispenses with unnecessary complexity, thanks to customizable operation, intuitive menu guidance and driver-oriented display.

The Worldwide Harmonized Light-Duty Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP) is designed to provide a standardised measurement and enables the consumer to make reliable comparisons between vehicles in terms of energy (fuel and/or electricity) consumption, emissions, and electric vehicle range. However, it should be noted that the results of this test may not accurately reflect the actual fuel consumption, emissions, or range that a driver might experience in the real world. Actual results may vary depending on various factors such as driving style, road conditions, temperature, weather, vehicle load, and maintenance. Therefore, the WLTP results should be considered as an indicator of the vehicle's performance and not as a guarantee of the actual energy consumption, emissions, or range that a driver will experience in real-world driving conditions, or for making a vehicle-to-vehicle comparison. All WLTP test values are provided in accordance with New Zealand Land transport Rule: Vehicle Efficiency and Emissions Data 2022.
